Internal mobility and EIDE: a European opportunity for pupils and their families

Why internal mobility?

Internal mobility allows EIDE students to discover other European schools for a term, a semester or a full school year while maintaining the educational continuity required by the European programme. It guarantees consistent teaching, adapted to mobile students, and access to the European Baccalaureate, which is recognised throughout Europe. Above all, it also provides an openness that can only be beneficial for students' personal development.

Internal mobility process

  1. Preliminary contact: interested families must contact Vincent Fellmann before 20th December.

  2. Application file: European eligibility certificate, language level, administrative documents.

  3. Online registration: via our extranet from 1st to 15th March, reserved for new students.

  4. Validation: review of the application file and notification of the decision by email.

Details

Many students apply each year, and schools do not always have enough space to accommodate all the students who apply. This depends on the number of places available in host families. In addition, some schools are more popular than others. Therefore, places will be limited. Nevertheless, EIDE will do its best to satisfy students' desire for openness.

Erasmus+ at EIDE: experience Europe differently

Thanks to the Erasmus+ programme, our students and staff have the opportunity to enjoy unique experiences across Europe. EIDE is seeking to become more involved in this area under the leadership of Yannick Loiseau.

Erasmus+ is much more than a mobility programme:

  • It is a cultural immersion, an introduction to other ways of learning and living.

  • It is a human adventure that develops independence, curiosity and self-confidence.

  • It adds value to academic and professional careers and is recognised throughout the European Union.

Whether for a school exchange, a language stay or training abroad, Erasmus+ enables students to develop concrete, enriching and funded projects.

Your Erasmus+ contact person: Yannick Loiseau

At EIDE, Yannick Loiseau is your dedicated contact for all Erasmus+ projects. He will assist you with:

  • Putting together your application

  • Finding European partners

  • Coordinating with the Anefore agency

  • Administrative and educational follow-up

In conclusion
