Parents’ Committee

A parents’ committee is created at each school. Its responsibilities are:

  • To represent the parents of the students to the school management and to the committees formed respectively by the teachers and the students
  • To inform parents of students on all questions relating to teaching within the secondary school
  • To prepare the positions taken by its representatives on the education council
  • To organize cultural and social activities and to formulate all proposals concerning the organisation of teaching and student work within the establishment

The director meets with the parents’ committee whenever the latter requests it.
